Is there any difference buying my licence from auscart as opposed to buying direct from CS-CART?

auscart buy licences in bulk so we can offer a 10% discount on the standard cost of a licence. Australian businesses may also be eligible to claim the GST component of the purchase, a further 10% saving! The only other differences are that a licence purchased directly from CS-CART includes 30 days of support along with a money back guarantee. As an Authorised Reseller auscart may only include 20 support credits and does not include a money back guarantee. auscart also offer many optional extras, such as installation, configuration and hosting (extra charges apply).

How do I access the CS-CART software?

After you purchase a licence we forward your details to CS-CART who create a Customer Account for you.
CS-CART will then contact you with the login details to the CS-CART Customer Help Desk (http://helpdesk.cs-cart.com/).
Once you login you are required to agree to the CS-CART licence agreement, (opens in a new window) after which you can download the latest version of the software.

How do I get Support?

CS-CART will handle all support matters with you directly. You can lodge support requests at the Customer Help Desk after you login (http://helpdesk.cs-cart.com/). Your licence purchase includes 20 support credits.

How do I access upgrades?
